London Voluntary Service Council

Communicating and engaging with supporters, stakeholders and beneficiaries is increasingly important for charities to gain additional funding and demonstrate that services do what they say they do.
Audio is an easy way of capturing feedback from your beneficiaries.  They can talk about the impact your organisation has had on them in their own words and we the listener, get to hear this first hand.  The end result is just as powerful as video footage, yet so much easier to achieve.
By the end of the session you’ll know how to:
• Select the best tools for audio capture – devices, apps and accessories e.g. lapel microphones
• Confidently capture audio including best practice when interviewing
• Make simple edits to your clips
• Plan maximum use of your audio clips
• Embed audio clips in your website
You’ll also get some useful tips for creating powerful audio slideshows. Follow up support will be provided.
